Overview

Research study examining how Big Five personality traits and team reflexivity influence agile team performance. This work has involved designing research protocols, implementing advanced statistical methods (including factor analysis and regression modeling using SPSS), and interpreting complex data to develop actionable insights. The experience has strengthened my understanding of rigorous research methodologies and provided valuable insight into how human factors influence technological environments, offering a foundation for AI-focused research.
